Everything a 10 to 50 person firm needs to be secure, compliant and running. Monitoring, backup, ransomware defence, phishing protection, the lot, for one fixed monthly price per user. Deployed and protecting you in 7 days, not months.

Most firms fall into one of three camps: it seems fine but nobody's checked, paying for break-fix and hoping, or grown so organically the setup no longer fits. "I assume it's fine" and "I've checked it's fine" feel identical. Right up until the day they don't.
Most firms buy this from three or four suppliers, each with their own invoice. Point-solution providers sell each line as an add-on. You get all of it, one monthly number, no add-on catalogue, no surprise invoices.
That's twelve services most firms cobble together from four vendors, in one price, one team, one number.
The outcome is simpler still: you stop thinking about IT security, and you can prove it to any insurer or client who asks.
Within 7 days of getting access to your systems, all six points of the Secure-in-7 standard are done and shown to you:
If we miss any of the six, that month is on us. Credit it toward project work, or simply don't pay it. Your choice.
Your part is small: you give us admin access. We do the rest.
What it does not mean: every problem solved on day 7. The vulnerability sweep shows us exactly what needs attention; we then agree an action plan and timelines with you. It means you're protected and assessed inside a week, not left waiting months to feel the difference.
The first-five rate
One fixed rate, whatever your size. Microsoft licensing at cost on top.
The first five firms only, locked at this rate for as long as you stay. After that, the price rises for new clients.
Why only five? Because week-one deployments are run personally, to the Secure-in-7 standard, and five at a time is what keeps that guarantee honest.
Minimum 10 users · built for firms of 20–50 · 12-month initial term, the fair trade for a rate we'll never repeat
Why the rate is this low, honestly: we're an independent consultancy built on two decades of senior, enterprise-grade security work across government, NHS-facing and regulated sectors, now pointed at firms your size. Everything we deploy follows the NCSC's frameworks, the same standards your insurer and your biggest clients recognise, and we run to Cyber Essentials standards ourselves. We're building out the managed side, and the first five firms are how we prove it publicly. You get the locked rate and the guarantee; we get a reference client who'll vouch for us. That's the whole exchange.
For: professional services firms of roughly 10 to 50 people who need to be secure and able to evidence it, and who'd rather it was handled than keep juggling it.
Not for: firms chasing the cheapest possible price, or who want to keep doing IT in-house.
We run and secure your IT day to day. That's the monthly service above. And where you need something built or moved, a migration, a new Microsoft 365 setup, a security fix-up the sweep uncovers, we scope that as a project, separately and up front. Most clients start with the run, and we take on the bigger pieces from there.
Great. We work alongside them as the specialist security layer, or take the lot, whichever suits. This isn't about replacing a relationship that works; it's about closing the gaps a generalist can't cover.
43% of UK businesses were hit by a cyber attack last year (DSIT 2025). Smaller firms get hit precisely because they're assumed to be under-protected. Attacks are automated; they don't check your headcount first.
Microsoft licensing sits on top, at cost, and we'll right-size it with you. Project work, builds, migrations, major fix-ups, is scoped separately so you're never surprised.
No, not the way people assume. Microsoft keeps the platform running; recovering your deleted, corrupted or ransomware-hit files is on you. That's the shared responsibility model, and it's why Microsoft 365 backup is in the price.
The six deployment steps above, done inside a week from access. Not every problem fixed. The sweep tells us what's left, and we plan that with you.
No pitch. We'll tell you where you're exposed, whether you're a fit for one of the five places, and exactly what your number would be. Even if we never work together, you'll leave knowing your gaps.
