Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI enablement

Microsoft just put AI in the licence you pay for. Are you getting the value, safely?

Used well it saves your team hours. Switched on carelessly it can quietly show the wrong people your most sensitive files. Six honest questions, about two minutes, and you get a readiness score, the gaps to fix first, and a plain plan to get the value, safely.

Who is behind this

The straight version, from the person you would actually deal with

Eric, HiltDigital
"Most owners don't want a lecture about AI. They want someone to look properly and tell them straight: here is where it will genuinely save you time, here is the one thing to sort before you switch it on, and here is how to do it without exposing anything you shouldn't. That is all this is. I have spent twenty-plus years getting the boring foundations right so the clever stuff is actually safe to use."

The questions we get asked first

No. Used well it quietly saves hours on everyday admin, drafting, finding information and answering routine questions. The trick is picking the few jobs where it genuinely helps, and making it safe first.
The main one is over-sharing. An AI assistant can surface anything a person already has access to, so if your permissions are loose it can quietly show people files they were never meant to see. That is exactly what a readiness check finds and fixes first.
For Microsoft's Copilot, yes, and most of the value for a business your size sits in the Microsoft world you probably already use. If you are on something else, the same readiness principles still apply.
Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside your own tenant and does not use your business data to train the public models. The bigger risk is usually your own internal permissions, not Microsoft, which is why the foundation matters.
